As a sponsor of Camp Forget-Me-Not you will contribute to the emotional well-being of grieving children in Mid-Michigan. Please review the sponsorship levels and in-kind contributions listed below and consider donating today! Click here to make a donation.

Camp Underwriter ($5,000 or more)

• Official Camp Underwriter with name and logo posted on front page of the Camp Forget-Me-Not web site until 12/31/10.
• Your web site posted on the “Links” section of the Camp Forget-Me-Not web site until 12/31/10.
• Permission to advertise your sponsorship on your web site and advertising materials as follows: “Underwriter of Camp Forget-Me-Not” until 12/31/10.
• Name and logo printed on Camp Forget-Me-Not flyer, which is widely distributed throughout the Mid-Michigan community (donation must be received by March 1 to include on flyer)
• Name and logo printed in Camp Forget-Me-Not registration packets and thank you at opening and closing of Camp.
• Top billing of name and logo in signage at Camp Forget-Me-Not
• Photograph of donor representative(s) with Camp leaders (suitable for publication)

Official Camp Sponsor: ($1,000-$4,999)

• Name and logo posted on sponsorship section of the Camp Forget-Me-Not web site
• Your web site posted on the “Links” section of the Camp Forget-Me-Not web site until 12/31/10.
• Permission to advertise your sponsorship on your web site and advertising materials as follows: “Official Camp Sponsor” on your web site until 12/31/10.
• Name and logo printed in Camp Forget-Me-Not registration packets and thank you at opening and closing of Camp.
• Secondary billing of name and logo in signage at Camp Forget-Me-Not
• Photograph of donor representative(s) with Camp leaders (suitable for publication)

Camp Director: ($500-$999)

• Your name posted on sponsorship section of the Camp Forget-Me-Not web site
• Your web site posted on the “Links” section of the Camp Forget-Me-Not web site until 12/31/10.
• Your name printed in Camp Forget-Me-Not registration packets and thank you at opening and closing of Camp
• Your name included on signage at Camp Forget-Me-Not

Camp Counselor: ($250-$499)

• Your name posted on sponsorship section of the Camp Forget-Me-Not web site
• Your name printed in Camp Forget-Me-Not registration packets and thank you at opening and closing of Camp

Camp Buddy: ($100-$249)
• Your name posted on sponsorship section of the Camp Forget-Me-Not web site
• Your name printed in Camp Forget-Me-Not registration packets and thank you at opening and closing of Camp

Send a Kid to Camp: ($10-$99)
• Your name posted on special Honor Roll sign at Camp Forget-Me-Not
